Bakewell Tart Fizz
This deliciously sweet tipple is like a Cherry Bakewell in a glass. Our Sloe Gin and some fizz make this cocktail perfect for any occasion.
- 1 part Sipsmith® Sloe Gin
- 1 part Amaretto
- Prosecco or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist (to garnish)
- Stir the sloe gin and Amaretto over ice until well chilled
- Strain into a chilled flute and top with chilled prosecco
- Garnish with a lemon twist
