Bee's Knees
This Prohibition era sour mingles honey with two types of citrus (and tastes far better without bathtub gin).

Ingredients

2 1/2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

2 barspoons honey

1 part lemon juice

1 part orange juice

Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Combine the gin and honey in a cocktail shaker and stir well to dissolve the honey

Add the juices and fill the shaker with ice

Shake well
-
Double strain into a chilled glass

Garnish with a lemon twist or honeycomb
