This is a remake of a forgotten classic cocktail, which was invented in New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel in 1920.
- 1 1/2 part Sipsmith® Sloe Gin
- 1 part lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 part apricot brandy
- 1/4 part sugar syrup
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake hard and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
