1 part Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part Sipsmith® Sloe Gin

1/2 part lemon juice

1 egg white

1 barspoon raspberry syrup

Fresh raspberry garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake

Add ice and shake again

Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a raspberry
