- 2 1/2 parts Sipsmith® Sloe Gin
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1 part apple juice
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Add all of the ingredients into a highball with crushed ice
- Churn to mix the mint through
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
