Bash the chilli with a muddler to release the chilli oils

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, with ice

Shake well

Coat the rim of a chilled Rocks glass with lime juice and dip in sea salt to coat

Fill the glass with ice, and strain liquid into the glass. Garnish with a fresh chilli and lime wedge
