  • 15ml Strawberry Liqueur

  • 100ml Elderflower Tonic

  • Strawberries (to garnish)

  • Mint (to garnish)

    Method

  • Fill a Spritz (or Wine) glass with fresh ice.

  • Add your Sipsmith London Dry Gin and Strawberry Liqueur to the glass

  • Top with Elderflower Tonic

  • Garnish with Strawberries and sprig of fresh mint and serve
