    Ingredients

  • 50ml Sipsmith Sipping Society Top Seed Gin

  • 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice

  • 25ml Elderflower cordial

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • Fresh Mint (to garnish)

    Method

  • Fill a shaker with good quality ice

  • Pour the gin, apple juice, elderflower cordial and lime juice into a shaker

  • Shake vigorously until the shaker is ice cold

  • Strain into an ice filled Julep Cup

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint to transport you straight to Centre Court
