Very Berry Rhubarb Sharing Spritz

Ideal for festive celebrations, this serve is ever so simple to craft at home for friends. This recipe serves 4 sippers.

    Ingredients
  • 125ml Sipsmith Very Berry Gin

  • 75ml lemon juice

  • 50ml runny honey

  • 250ml Fever-Tree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water

  • 200ml prosecco

  • raspberries and lemon twists, to garnish

    Method
  • To a carafe or jug, add the gin, lemon juice and honey, and stir well until the honey is combined

  • Top with the Fever-Tree tonic and stir lightly with a bar spoon

  • Pour into four flutes, top with chilled prosecco and garnish

  • Sip and enjoy with friends!
