Are you passionate about developing people’s talent? Having opened the first copper distillery in London in almost 200 years, and last year having moved into our fabulous new site in Chiswick, we now need an extra pair of capable hands to help develop our fast growing team as our very first Minister of Talent & Growth. We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing individual – who loves great gin – to join the team for three days a week and work directly with the founders to develop and implement HR strategy.

Title: Minister of Talent & Growth (HR Manager) (3 days per week)

Reporting to: Founders

Based at: Sipsmith Distillery, 83 Cranbrook Road, London W4 2LJ

A critical cog in the fast growing Sipsmith Team – the new recruit will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and strategy in support of Sipsmith’s cultural objectives and likewise make sure the organisation is compliant and fit for purpose. The role will ‘run-point’ on the providing of comprehensive and effective HR, including all core processes and the management and administration of these processes while managing the wellbeing of the entire Sipsmith family and their growth.‚Äč

Hours of Work

  • Core office hours are 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • This position is for 0.6FTE/3 days a week
  • Some UK travel may be required

Experience:

We’re looking for someone who obivously knows the scoop when it comes to HR and has therefore got a relevant qualification and worked in the trade. They’ve come from an executive / manager level and open to the part time nature of the role.
