We would be delighted for our esteemed Sipping Society Members to join us on November 19th or 20th for an unforgettable evening at our very own distillery. In partnership with Chef Manu Canales and Buskers Banquets, we will be hosting a exclusive Supper Club that promises to be a feast for the senses.

Orsino Gin

Duke Orsino opens Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night by proclaiming “If music be the food of love, play on”. This month, our expert distillers have joined forces with Chef Manu Canales and Buskers Banquet to celebrate life’s luxuries that bring us together; good drinks, good food and good music. As the colder months set in, we take pleasure in these things and seek to share them in good company. Crafted with Juniper, Toasted Barley, Porcini mushrooms and just a dash of peated whiskey; this savoury and earthy gin is best served in a negroni whilst sinking into an armchair and listening to the dulcet tones of your favourite song, symphony, harmony or hymn.

What to expect at our exclusive Sipping Society Event:

• Exclusive Cocktails: Enjoy 4 bespoke cocktails crafted by our master mixologists, inspired by the spirit of Orsino Gin.
• Gourmet Dining: Indulge in a bespoke 3-course meal curated by Chef Manu Canales.
• Live Music: Enjoy live performances by Felix Ross and GIYA, brought to you by Buskers Banquets.
• Special Guests: Chef Manu Canales will have the opportunity to create, share and discuss his specially curated menu. The performers will be able to treat the audience to an intimate acoustic gig, giving guests a special insight into their world.
• Insider Access: Get an insider’s look at our distillery and learn about the craftsmanship behind the making of Orsino Gin.

The Chef: Manu Canales

Over three years at the globally acclaimed 2 Michelin star restaurant Le Gavroche in Mayfair, Manu Canales honed a robust foundation in classic French cuisine and culinary techniques, setting the stage for his innovative career. In 2019, Manu unveiled Kebab Queen, a distinctive fine dining offshoot of Le Bab group. This concept revolutionised the gourmet scene with its innovative approach to high-quality ingredients, served in a unique and intimate setting.

The Music:

Felix Ross

Felix Ross is an up-and-coming singer/songwriter making waves in the indie scene. With recent performances supporting Jake Bugg and Oscar Lang (to name a few), Felix’s music is characterised by its anthemic and empowering vibe, underscored by infectious melodies that you won’t be able to get out of your head. His debut EP, released in October of 2023, is one not to sleep on. For fans of: Kodaline, Sam Fender, The 1975.

GIYA

GIYA is an artist of many faces; a producer, singer-songwriter, and the bass player for Hak Baker, she believes in art from within. Born and bred in South London, she’s intimately in touch with the city’s contours, whether she’s reciting tales of drunken debauchery, or giving an inner glimpse into the mental health crisis and youth culture, GIYA uses music to locate a path towards the truth. Matching folk against hip-hop, pop against left-field styles, with her nonchalant folk-soul vocals floating on top, she’s built something profound and honest, a sound that is intimately her own.
