Lemon Drizzle Spritz
A delectable blend of lemon and elderflower, this sensational spritz is summer in a glass.
- Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin

1 part elderflower cordial

1/2 part lemon juice

3 parts prosecco

1 part soda water

3-4 mint leaves

Lemon wheel and mint sprig (to garnish)
- Method

Add the gin, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and 3-4 mint leaves to an ice-filled wine glass and stir

Top with the prosecco and soda water

Lift from the bottom of the glass with a stirrer or bar spoon to gently combine the ingredients

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint
