2 parts Sipsmith Strawberry Smash

1 Tablespoon Strawberry Jam or ½ part Syrup

2 Lemon Wedges

1 part Sparkling Wine

3 parts Soda Water

Method
-
Squeeze and drop lemon wedges into cocktail shaker with ice

Add gin and jam and shake well

Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice

Top with soda and sparkling wine
