Wonderful sunny lemon drizzle spritz

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle

1 Tablespoon Orange Marmalade or ½ part Syrup

2 Lemon Wedges
-
1 part Sparkling Wine

3 part Soda Water

Method
-
Squeeze and drop lemon wedges into cocktail shaker with ice

Add gin and marmalade and shake well
-
Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice

Top with soda and sparkling wine

Garnish with lemon and orange wheels
