PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18+. Entries must be received by 23:59 on 30th January 2026. One entry per person. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email. The prize consists of three sets of ‘Sipsmith Sipping Society Subscriptions and a cocktail masterclass at our Chiswick Distillery, hosted by Jared Brown. No purchase necessary. WHO CAN ENTER
This prize draw is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over with a valid email address, except for employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw. Proof of age may be required.
By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
Entries must be received between 00:01 on 1st November 2025 and 23:59 on 9th November 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, simply visit the competition page on www.sipsmith.com, follow the prize draw instructions and submit your details and other required information using the online form provided.
There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the prize draw.
THE PRIZE
The prize consists of one (1) Sipsmith Sipping Society subscription and one (1) cocktail masterclass with the Sipsmith Master Distiller.
The Sipsmith Sipping Society subscription includes curated Sipsmith products and related benefits as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion. The duration and contents of the subscription will be as specified by the Promoter at the time of fulfilment.
The cocktail masterclass will be hosted by a Sipsmith Master Distiller on a date, time, and location determined by the Promoter. The experience is subject to availability and scheduling constraints. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
The winner must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and at the time of prize fulfilment. Proof of age may be required.
Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
WINNER SELECTION
All valid entries received by the Closing Date will be entered into a prize draw, and the winners will be picked at random.
The winner’s details (surname and county only) will be available for one month after the Closing Date by sending a request to the Promoter at 83 Cranbrook Road, London, W4 2LJ enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope, or alternatively by emailing [email protected].
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by email, text or phone call as soon as practicable after the prize draw, using the contact details provided with the prize draw entry. The winner will be required to respond within 7 days of notification (unless otherwise stated) confirming their acceptance of the prize. In the event the winner does not respond to communications within this period or if the prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and draw another winner.
Please allow 7 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize.
