It's a warm Summer's day and you're looking for a light, refreshing drink... the answer is a Double Cucumber. This is a lovely cool summer drink that requires a bit of prep, but it's definitely worth it!

    Ingredients

  • 2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin infused with cucumber

  • A fresh cucumber

  • 2 parts fresh cucumber juice

  • 1 part lemon juice

  • 1 part simple syrup

  • soda water

    Method

  • Combine Sipsmith® London Dry Gin with cucumber, cucumber juice. lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water in an ice-filled highball glass

  • Stir gently

  • Garnish with a cucumber spear
