1 pinch Thai chili

10ml soy sauce

1/2 a barspoon Himalayan pink sea salt

A pinch of cayenne pepper

20ml plum wine

50ml Jax Coco Calamansi

Thai basil

Method
-
Throw all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

Double strain into a Hurricane glass

Garnish with thai basil, a celery stick and dried beetroot rings
