Sipsmith Negroni Masterclass
A special evening in POLPO Smithfield's basement Negroni Bar to celebrate the drink of it’s namesake.
Our very own Alexander will have Negronis at the ready for an arrival drink, before talking you through the history of Sipsmith, the Negoni itself and how to make a selection of Negronis including a White Negroni, Negroni Sbagliato #2 and Sloe Gin Negroni. You will, of course, get to drink each of your creations and matching cicheti will be served.
