Whilst a Dirty Martini is always garnished with an olive, the Sipsmiths talk about Martinis in grades of Dirty (one barspoon of brine), Dirtier (two to three barspoons of brine) and Filthy (four to six barspoons of olive brine), it was unanimously agreed at the Distillery that the infusion has created the most perfectly filthy gin for the dirtiest of drinks.
