HOW TO CRAFT YOUR G&T
Lime G&T
Lemon or lime? This summer, we’ve chosen to enliven our G&Ts with a splash of fragrant Sipsmith Lime Syrup. Don’t fret: you can garnish your serve with whichever citrus you prefer.
50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
Good-quality tonic
25ml Sipsmith Lime Syrup
Citrus wedge, to garnish
Fill a highball up to the top with ice and add the gin. Top up with tonic and add the lime syrup. Stir to combine, and garnish with a citrus wedge of your choosing.
Rose G&T
