This floral interpretation of the classic Gin and Tonic is perfect for sippers who enjoy refreshing, botanical notes from their summer tipples.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 pinch coarse sea salt

3 drops orange blossom water

Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water to top

sprig of rosemary (to garnish)

orange twist (to garnish)

Method

Fill a highball glass to the top with cubed ice

Add the coarse sea salt, orange blossom water (using a pipette or tea spoon) and the Sipsmith London Dry Gin

Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water

Place two rosemary sprigs in your palm and clap to release the oils, then add to the glass to garnish

Finish by squeezing your orange twist over your glass to express the fragrant oils
