20ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin

10ml sweet vermouth

50ml orange juice

sparkling wine

orange twist (to garnish)

Method

Combine the gin, vermouth and orange juice in an ice-filled shaker

Shake well

Double strain into a chilled flute

Top with sparkling wine
