50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin

25ml freshly squeezed lime juice

20ml simple syrup

fresh slice of lime (to garnish)

Method

Combine Sipsmith® Gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker

Shake well

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a lime wedge
