2 1/2 parts Sipsmith® Orange & Cacao Gin

1 part lemon juice

1/2 part gomme syrup

1 egg white

Orange twist (to garnish)

Method

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

Dry shake (without ice)

Wet shake (add ice) and shake again

Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist
