Grown along the streets of Seville and also known as ‘bitter orange’, this fruit has a wonderful tartness that delivers a zesty citrus note on the palate with marmalade overtones.
The fundamental ingredient that makes Sipsmith Gin taste, well, like gin! It’s the oils that we want so we macerate the berries in warm spirit overnight to burst the skins and release the essences.

Citrus gins have been around for centuries, but this modern take is also inspired by the popular flavour combination of chocolate and orange. Here, we dial up the juniper and using an age-old tradition, sweeten with plenty of liquorice. Next we add an array of botanicals from orange blossom to cacao nibs, before resting the gin on fresh orange zest for a wonderfully complex, chocolately, citrus gin.
