This is our supremely sippable chocolatey twist on the classic Sidecar cocktail, dating back to the First World War.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® Orange & Cacao Gin

1 1/2 part lemon juice

1 part brandy
-
3/4 part gomme syrup

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Add all ingredients and shake

Rub a lemon around the rim of a coupe glass and dip the glass in sugar

Strain all ingredients into the glass
