A most romantic cocktail, this combination of London Dry Gin and Pink Champagne was inspired by the Pont des Arts in Paris, where couples attach padlocks representing their undying love.

Method

Add the first three ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake well

Double strain into a chilled flute
