Sloe Gin Fizz

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® Sloe Gin
-
1 part lemon juice
-
1 egg white
-
3/4 part simple syrup
-
Champagne
-
Method
-
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shaker
-
Dry shake well
-
Add ice & shake again
-
Strain into a sherry glass or small highball
-
Top with Champagne, enough so that the height of the froth is roughly equal to half of the drink
