The classic Martinez has been given an autumnal update by Sipsmith Terri.

Ingredients

50ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

5ml dry vermouth

10ml sweet vermouth

Dash of absinthe

Barspoon crème de mûre

Blackberry (to garnish)

Method
-
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass

Stir well
-
Strain into a chilled Martini glass

Garnish with a blackberry
