Mud Men Martini
When Johnny Vaughan and Steve Brooker of TV's Mud Men came for a visit, they asked if we could create a new cocktail for them. We knew it had to be a variation on the Dirty Martini, but even more manly. So, we marinated the olives in whisky for about thirty minutes.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part extra dry vermouth

15ml olive brine

Whiskey-marinated olives (to garnish)

Method

Combine Sipsmith® Gin, vermouth and olive brine in an ice-filled mixing glass

Stir for twenty-one seconds

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with olives
