Bob Cratchit
This is our take on the Smoking Bishop, featured at the end of a Christmas Carol, when Ebenezer Scrooge invites Bob Cratchit to have a drink with him by the fire.

Ingredients

1 Part London Dry Gin

1/2 Part Cointreau®

3 Parts Claret

1 Part Water

1 bay leaf

3 wheels fresh orange

3 cloves

Method
-
Gently heat claret, water, herbs and orange in a sauce pan

Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes then pour into a mug or thick glass

Add the gin and Cointreau

Garnish with an orange wheel
