First invented by the Sipsmith mixologists for the Pomegranate Gin Liqueur – a Sipping Society Creation – we’ve adapted this slightly to work deliciously with our London Dry Gin.

    Ingredients

  • 50ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

  • 10ml Grenadine

  • 10ml white chocolate syrup

  • 15ml cream

  • 10ml milk

  • Raspberry or pomegranate (to garnish)

    Method

  • Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker

  • Shake very well

  • Double strain into a chilled glass

  • Garnish with a pomegranate slice or raspberry
