Gin & It
This is the original Martini. The Dry Martini is a comparatively new variation on this simple and wonderfully balanced drink. On the rocks, it is an ideal aperitif.

50ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

50ml sweet vermouth (we reccommend Cocci® Vermouth di Torino or Carpano Antica)

2 dashes orange bitters

Orange twist (to garnish)

Method

Fill a rocks glass with ice

Add all ingredients

Stir

Garnish with an orange twist
