This deliciously sweet tipple is like a Cherry Bakewell in a glass. Our Sloe Gin and some fizz make this cocktail perfect for any occasion.

1 part Sipsmith® Sloe Gin

1 part Amaretto

Prosecco or sparkling wine

Lemon twist (to garnish)

Method

Stir the sloe gin and Amaretto over ice until well chilled

Strain into a chilled flute and top with chilled prosecco
