Garden Spritz
Crafted with warm summer evenings in mind, our take on the classic Spritz cocktail takes inspiration from garden botanicals, starting with our juniper-forward London Dry Gin.

Ingredients

50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin

50ml chilled soda water

25ml fresh lemon juice
-
25ml elderflower cordial

Prosecco to top

sliced strawberry (to garnish)

lemon twist (to express)

Method

Fill a wine glass three quarters full with cubed ice

Add the Sipsmith London Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice, elderflower cordial and soda water to the glass

Stir for five-ten seconds. Then add more cubed ice until the glass is filled and top with prosecco

Garnish with a sliced strawberry, and finish by squeezing your lemon twist over your glass to express the oils
