25ml Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin

25ml pink grapefruit juice

10ml sugar syrup

Prosecco

Fresh grapefruit wheel (to garnish)

Method

Add the first three ingredients into an ice filled shaker and shake well

Strain into a chilled wine glass and top with Prosecco
