Orange Sour
Creamy, light, and filled with citrus the sour is an ideal break from the usual cocktails. Don't use pre-bottled sour mix. Try one made from scratch, there's nothing better than a drink made the old fashioned way.

40ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin or Sipping Vodka

Juice of two orange wedges

20ml lemon juice (fresh squeezed)

20ml simple syrup

One egg white
-
An orange twist

Method
-
Combine Sipsmith® gin or vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and the egg white in a shaker

Shake well
-
Add ice and shake again

Garnish with an orange twist
