Sparkling water

A traditional "flag" of an orange wheel and a cherry.

Method

Combine Sipsmith® Gin or Sipping Vodka and elderflower cordial in an ice-filled Collins glass

Top with sparkling water

Stir gently

Garnish with the orange and cherry flag
