Ingredients

4 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

2 parts fresh lemon juice

1 part lavender syrup

1 part Crème de cassis® or Sipsmith Sloe Gin

Sprig of fresh lavender, to garnish

Method

Add the first three ingredients to a rocks glass with ice cubes

Stir for 5-10 seconds until chilled

Top with crushed ice

Drizzle over Sipsmith Sloe gin or Crème de cassis® for the float

Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender
