In the depths of the post-holiday drizzle, our thoughts roam to warmer climes. Something about Hawaiian shirts, leis, and beach bars always brings a little sunshine into the London winter. So here is our take on the classic Singapore Sling.

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part Cherry Heering®

1/2 part dark rum

1/4 part Grand Marnier®

1/4 part Benedictine

4 Parts pineapple juice

1 Part fresh lemon juice

3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method
-
Combine gin, Cherry Heering®, rum, Grand Marnier®, Benedictine, pineapple juice and fresh lemon juice in an ice-filled shaker

Shake well
-
Strain over ice in a tall glass

Top with Angostura bitters

And relax...ahh.
