This cocktail is the fourth variation of a cocktail named after the hedgerow plant, the blackthorn. It brings disparate elements of the first three together into a single delicious quaff.

Method

Combine Sipsmith® Gin, Sipsmith® Sloe Gin, Whiskey, vermouth and sherry over ice and stir

Strain, and serve in a coupette glass
