Iced tea is a superbly sippable summer staple but this Lemon Drizzle Gin creation is so delicious you'll want to sip it all year round.

50ml Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin

20ml lemon juice

30ml sugar syrup

80-100ml chilled Earl Grey Tea

Cucumber, mint & raspberry (to garnish)

Method

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and stir
