2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

2tsp sieved apricot jam

2 parts passionfruit Juice

1/2 part lime juice

Apricot fan or passionfruit half (to garnish)

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well

Double strain into a ice filled glass

Garnish with an apricot fan or half a passionfruit
