Daisy
The Daisy has appeared in many guises over the years. This is our favourite: cool, refreshing and garnished with seasonal berries.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part lemon juice

1/2 part pomegranate syrup/ grenadine

Soda water
-
Seasonal berries to garnish

Method
-
Shake first three ingredients with ice

Strain into an ice filled glass

Top with soda water
-
Garnish with seasonal berries and serve with a straw
