Summertime Spritz
Now here is a gin spritz cocktail to reach for on the balmiest summer days. Pineapple and passionfruit make this serve taste like a holiday in the tropics.

Ingredients

30ml Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

20ml Lime juice

50ml Pineapple juice

1 Passion fruit
-
Prosecco
-
Wedge of pineapple (to garnish)

Method

Add the first three ingredients in an ice filled wine glass with the insides of half of the passion fruit

Stir a couple of times
-
Top with Prosecco

Garnish with the other half of passionfruit or a pineapple wedge, or both!
