20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

10ml sugar syrup

Champagne, to top

Method

Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker

Shake well
-
Strain into a Champagne flute or coupe

Top with chilled Champagne
