Ramos Gin Fizz
Flex those muscles -- the Ramos Gin Fizz is traditionally shaken for 12 minutes (although a couple of minutes does a wonderful job). A timeless classic, this serve has the perfect balance of sweet and sour with a sumptuous, creamy mouth feel.

Ingredients

2 parts Sipsmith® London Dry Gin

1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 part freshly squeezed lime juice

1 part simple syrup

3 dashes orange blossom water

2 parts single cream
-
1 egg white
-
4 parts sparkling water

Lemon, lime or orange for garnish

Method

Add first seven ingredients to an empty cocktail shaker and dry shake for one minute

Add ice

Shake until the ice has melted

Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and top with sparkling water

Garnish with a wheel of lemon, lime or orange
