1 part Sipsmith® Zesty Orange Gin

1/2 part sugar syrup

4 parts chilled soda water

4 parts prosecco

Large orange twist (to garnish)

Method

Add the Sipsmith® Zesty Orange Gin and sugar syrup to an ice-filled glass

Add the prosecco and soda water

Lift from the bottom with a bar spoon to mix whilst maintaining fizz
