INTRODUCING SIPSPRESSO COFFEE GIN
Sipspresso Coffee Gin is a wonderfully rich and warming limited edition London Dry Gin made with real coffee. Like all of our hand crafted gins, we select the finest botanicals and ingredients, and Sipspresso is no exception. We chose Pact Coffee’s Fruit and Nut Espresso for its sensational blend of the finest Brazilian and Rwandan coffee beans, along with their ethos to bring amazing coffee to the UK, while making life better at source for coffee farmers. We then distilled it with cinnamon and fresh vanilla for a true, full-bodied flavour. Now, on to the most important bit: which coffee cocktails to craft with it?
SIPSPRESSO MARTINI
A bold twist on the classic Espresso Martini, our coffee-forward Sipspresso Martini is the ultimate ginny coffee cocktail.
- 40ml Sipspresso Coffee Gin
- 25ml espresso (we recommend Pact Coffee Fruit & Nut Espresso)
- 20ml Kahlúa
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Coffee beans, to garnish
First, make your espresso. Then add the first four ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a Martini glass and top with coffee beans and dusting of chocolate shavings for the most indulgent treat.
SIPSPRESSO ENGLISH COFFEE
Crafted with winter sipping in mind, this warming sip is the perfect treat on chilly evenings – the ultimate coffee cocktail for the Indulgent Sipper.
- 150ml hot black coffee (we recommend Pact Coffee Fruit & Nut Espresso)
- 50ml Sipspresso Coffee Gin
- 20ml sugar syrup
- A dash of double cream
- Coffee beans, to garnish
First, make your black coffee. Then pour into a mug or heatproof glass, then add the gin and sugar syrup. Stir to combine, then gently float a thin layer of double cream on the top over the back of a spoon, and garnish with coffee beans. Serve hot.
SIPSPRESSO COFFEE & GINGER SPRITZ
Coffee and ginger is a match made in heaven in this twist on a classic spritz. Enjoyed year-round for an eminently refreshing sip.
- 35ml Sipspresso Coffee Gin
- 25ml cold brew or chilled espresso (we recommend Pact Coffee Fruit & Nut Espresso)
- Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, to top
- Orange twist, to garnish
To craft yours, fill a large wine glass or Copa de Balon with ice, then add the gin, cold brew/espresso and stir to combine. Then top with ginger ale and garnish with an orange peel twist.
SIPSPRESSO COFFEE G&T
Our coffee-forward gin is delightful in a bold G&T for an indulgent twist on this classic serve; the simplest of coffee cocktails, but arguably the most refreshing.
- 50ml Sipspresso Coffee Gin
- 150ml premium Indian tonic water
- Twist of orange, to garnish
Simply add the Sipspresso Coffee Gin and tonic to an ice-filled highball glass. To combine, lift the ice once or twice with a bar spoon or other long-handled spoon. Garnish with an orange twist; sip and enjoy.
