1. LEMON DRIZZLE MARTINI
For a sophisticated serve for the Mum who can do it all why not upgrade her classic Martini with Lemon Drizzle Gin for an unapologetically citrusy serve.
You’ll need:
- 50ml Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin
- 10ml vermouth
- Lemon twist (to garnish)
To make yours, stir the Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin and vermouth over ice Sipsmith until diluted to your desired strength. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
2. LEMON DRIZZLE FRENCH 75
A simple and eminently sippable zesty take on the French 75 with our Lemon Drizzle Gin & prosecco; this sip can be whipped up in moments.
You’ll need:
- 35ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Champagne or prosecco
- Lemon twist (to garnish)
Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well until combined and then strain into a champagne flute or coupe. Top with chilled Champagne or prosecco and then garnish with a carefully crafted lemon twist.
3. LEMON DRIZZLE G&T
For the mum who loves a classic,this sweet, citrusy twist on a classic gin and tonic is satisfyingly simple and refreshing, crafted with our Lemon Drizzle Gin.
You’ll need:
- 50ml Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin
- Fever-Tree® Mediterranean Tonic Water
- Lemon twist (to garnish)
To craft yours at home, fill a highball glass with ice and pour in 50ml of Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle Gin. Top off with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water, lifting with a long spoon or drinks stirrer to combine. Garnish with a fresh lemon twist.
